Randall and Rochelle married on the 8th of December 1990 and have no children. Born and raised in South Africa, the Lord called Randall and Rochelle into full-time ministry in June 2007. They were greatly influenced by the ministry of Dr Sarel and Thiesa van der Merwe and their hearts were drawn to minister to those who are broken and crushed in spirit.
In 1998 the Lord visited them supernaturally, healed and delivered them from their own brokenness and instructed them to reach out to those who are emotionally wounded and spread the good news that Jesus loves His people. New Life Ministries has a heart for the broken and is dedicated to spreading the healing gospel of Jesus Christ across the world. This Ministry is a course in which people are provided with the necessary tools to grow in their ministry and passion. It is a self-enriching course that enables every believer to grow spiritually and live a victorious life.
Drs Randall and Rochelle Appel are responsible for the operation and management of this Ministry. Furthermore they are both specialized Counsellors and are registered at the Association for Counsellors in South Africa. Rochelle has been a teacher for 17 years (Diploma in Education – Junior Primary) and Randall spent 25 years at the Department of Education in the Western Cape (he holds a Diploma in Public Administration). Rochelle has also written two books (Highway to Sanctification and The Journey of Grieving) and also loves to motivate and inspire people at seminars and through her semons.
Our dream is now continually expanding as more and more people are being affected by this ministry. We often marvel at the thought of what a wonderful God we serve. We as Christians have so much to offer the rest of the world, but somewhere that truth has been lost. Many Christians have lost their dream. There is a sense of hopelessness among people. We need to dream big. If we intend to keep our value through eternity, we must go on ahead.
We pray that you will be blessed by your tour of our website.
Blessings, Drs Randall and Rochelle Appel
